Please excuse my bad language!!

Im fuming, just as I got home from work today. My lovely new english leather hunter bridle id been waiting for had arrived..
Somehow the postman managed to squeeze it through my letterbox even though i stated to leave it in the outside shed!
Why cant people do there job properly?!?!?!?

My 6 month old Lab puppy has chewed it to pieces!! I am gutted..
After all i had been looking for one like this for what seems like ages..

Argh rant over!!

God, I would be going mad!!! Def write a very angry letter and ask for compensation!!! Dont drop it, keep getting on at them, you should get your money back eventually... (not the point I know but might make the situation not quite as bad..)

Very Very annoying and upsetting. Agree that if you had stated (in writing) to leave in shed you may get your money back from post office.
