how on earth do you cancel an order from the derby house

been waiting on a fly rug for ages and then got an email saying they hope it will be here the end of july

so im going to order somewere else but me been a tube doesnt no how to cancel and order can someone help

I would just ring them with your details e.g name , then what you ordered and ask for it to be cancelled

in the email did you get an order number? Quote that if you did
