Does anyone know if aigle wellies comes with a warranty? Mine have just split and I am devastated as I love them and wear them everyday! They are the comfiest wellies I have ever had.

I have emailed Aigle customer services and am waiting a reply.

I generally get 2 years out of a pair of Aigle ISOs but they do get some abuse and are worn every day through the winter including mucking out & shooting. Plus ad hoc through spring/autumn

They were purchased in December 2016 so are just over a year old. I do wear them everyday, but always hose them off.

I read somewhere that they have a 2 year guarantee so fingers crossed that is true as I do love them, but can't justify spending the money again.

I bought them at Mole Valley so will give them a call too.

Will be interested to hear if you have any joy. I've had numerous pairs over the years and they only seem to last a couple of years at the most. They usually crack around where the side of my big toe is.

I tried to claim against the warranty once but was informed by Aigle that the warranty is against manufacturing faults only. This was their reply:

"Many thanks for your email.

Please be advised that the Parcour 2 Vario comes with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

All suspected faulty returns must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.

I hope that this is of some help to you."

Not really!

I’m on my third pair as I also love them , however, my last pair, pair number 2, started to leak through the bottom of the heel! Very disappointed as my original pair, which I’d had for over 3 years are still going strong! I had given them to my daughter and treated myself to a new pair but tbh they didn’t feel quite the same? I’ve just bought a 3rd pair which feel just like the last ones but I’ll be keeping hold of the receipt this time!

Maybe not sounding as promising. Mole Valley are phoning me back and I haven't heard from Aigle themselves.

They have split about an inch next to my little toe. For the price you would expect them to last longer than 14 months!

Mole Valley were very helpful and even printed off a copy of the receipt from 14 months ago! They currently have them to inspect and liaise with Aigle. Fingers crossed they replace them!

Just to update, Aigle have told Mole Valley to replace or refund, so very pleased. Would really recommend Mole Valley for their wonderful customer service, I only took them in on Tuesday!
