As the title says really..
What are your views on the Airowear Outlyne BP? I need a new body protector desperately so I'm thinking about asking for the Outlyne for Xmas.

Also, I'm confused by the range of CO skull caps! I do like the Pro II appearance wise, but it is a little pricey. Apart from appearance, are the others any different?

Any replies greatly appreciated:D

I've just got an Outlyne and am v pleased. I originally got a Reiver but didn't get on with it, just wasn't comfortable when riding, so took it back and shop let me trade it for an Outlyne. I've got quite a short body so for me it's much better anyway.

I couldn't say that I completely forget I'm wearing it, but it's comfortable.

I've got an Outlyne and I really like it. Really moulds to you after a few minutes & you can almost forget you're wearing it.

the outlyne bps are in my opinion definately one of the best body protectors that i have ever tried on, having tried alot from previously working in large equine stores, the racesafe bp's are also nice, but i prefer the outlynes as they feel as if they will be more protective without being restrictive, the pro IIs are also really good, the money is definately worth it, you might find you have to go half a size up as they are quite small made, on the plus side they come in cool colours, ive got a silver one, and find it really lightweight especially in the summer heat, can wear it all day without noticing i have it on

sorry for it being so long

Love my outlyne BP as above it really moulds to you once you and it start to warm up and it doesn't feel restrictive! You know it's there but in a good way :)

Does anybody store their hat inside the torso of their body protector? I have to store mine like this because I don't have much space.. Would my BP mould to my hat?!

I have that BP and a CO ProII hat and would recommend both.
As the others have said, the BP moulds nicely to you and doesn't feel too bulky, and I find the hat lightweight and comfy, although the air vents don't make a huge amount of difference.

no it won't cuz neither is warm :) besides, even if it does, it'll then warm up once on you and mould to you again. by moulding it doesnt mean that it moulds to one shape ans has to stay that way, it means it adapts its shape depending amount of clothes you're wearing, or if you grew or possibly put some weight on then your bp will adapt every time, you can also lend it to a friend and bp will mould to them while they're wearing it but once you're wearing it, it'll mould to you. i have to store mine in a boot bag where the boots would go so i have to roll it up and it absolutely fine :)
its the best bp ever for me :) made for ladies so very comfortable with our shape, lovely to ride in and i do forget to take it off sometimes :)
