Aldi Country Boots... waterproof -ish?

...Before I wear mine on the wet and muddy fields, how water resistant are they in practice?

mine are not at all water resistant, if i stood in a puddle it would soak through

I would wear wellies in the field. They are fine for yard duties but will soak through the suede bit.

I walked in the field twice with mine and washed them under the tap very quickly afterwards and one foot felt a bit wet so they are not that waterproof, I only wear them to muck out in really they are not up to the mud we have here at the moment.
