Alexander James are brill - my OH is really tall and thin so he got a hacking jacket and a showjumping jacket made by them and they are lovely.

You could also try Mears, they av a good selection too. I just got one from them and its lovely

AJ off the peg can come up a little 'small', mine was made to measure for not much more and fitted nicely.
