alfa beet

I got some last night and soaked it,
I came up this morning to mush!
is this right or have I used too much water?

urm ... it has a similar consistency to soaked sugar beet.
You should use approx 1 part AB to 4 parts water

Yeah, its like SB - you can play about with it to make it wetter if you prefer it that way. Otherwise just measure it out as it says on the bag. Its good stuff, I put mine onto it in the winter.
