Can anyone recommend one of these? I was looking at the Derby House one on the back of the catalogue- but its a bit hard to tell if there is a gap between the rug and mask or not?

Also does anyone have the waterproof underrug, I think its Amigo make? Is it any good and does it fit under any fly rug or just the same make ones?

Sorry for all the questions, a couple of the horses (including mine) are getting lots of bites and we'd like to keep themout as much as possible- but protected as much as possible too.

Thanks

I dont know about the Derby House ones but the Rambo sweet itch hoody works well on my horse. He gets terrible bothered with the flies. He also has a full face mask on from Crusader. I think the liner is made by Horseware but unfortunately to get one ill have to invest in another sweet itch hoody rug for it to attach to the liner as mine doesnt have those fastenings for it. Ive heard good reports about them though, and certainly not that expensive.

i bought a £30 fly sheet to use while my snuggy one gets mended.there was a little gap of about 6ins between the hood and the mask when mares head down to gaze.in 2 days this gap is raw where she itches behind her ear with her back hoof.you need complete cover up.(i used spray as well)
