Vet came today - so had yet another days holiday - got the little horror out of the stable, i was equiped with bridle, hard hat and glooves - walked up - fine - troted back - and got a complete and utter explosion which resulted with me being knocked over, dragged and loosing said horse. He proceeded to gallop full belt round the yard, on tarmac, on concrete before being corned into an empty field - what proceed then was an unbeliveable, stomach churning experiance which only stopped when the horse stood on his own reins - fortunatley the buckle snapped else he would have been gamboling.... he has a cut mouth, a sore back and lord only knows what he has done to his legs! and thats on top of his "soft tissue damage"
I burst into tears - vet was very good - but waiting to see the results of his "adventure" i have grazed knees, arms, face but thankfully was wearing a hat and gloves.
