I havent hacked round the park but you park at the back of the hall and then ride off the car park through a field and then onto the Gallops. They were put down by the forestry commission and are put into a field, they are not massive but you can have a really good gallop and because it is a circle you can keep going round till your horse is tired.
I think i might have my wires crossed, i thought you was thinking of somewhere to let your horse have a gallop??
Broxton is fantastic, I highly recommend it. The lady that runs it is lovely, nic eclean toilet facilities and free tea, coffee, biscuits and juice (I'm easily bought LOL) and we've always got the place to ourselves when we've been. There's a decent hill in it too

Edited to add - not in the same league as Broxton but there is a sandy gallop track for free at Oulton common.
When I was a livery at Arley there used to have people coming to use the gallops so he did used to hire them out. Think faerie666 on here uses or used to use them, might be worth a pm.
The people who had the riding school at Arley are moving to a new yard at Little Budworth and that has a gallops, not sure if they will be hiring them out though. Might be worth giving them a ring. www.arleyridingschool.co.uk.
Oulton Common is off the A49 between Sandiway and Cotebrook.
From the big crossroads at the Sandiway Shell garage carry straight on down the A49, through the traffic lights on the crossroad with the A54, and after about half a km take a left down Coach Road (the gallop track runs parallel with coach road, part of the Delamere loop runs through the area too). (You cant park in the car park on Coach Road because there is a headroom restriction so you wont fit!) At the end of Coach Road turn right and after about another half a km look for a right turn just before Rushton Lane. This is where horse riders park up and a bridleway leads you up on to the common from where you can make your way over to parallel with Coach road. Alternatively itd probably be easier (I get lost easily!) to hack back down the road to the end of Coach Road.
