How would I go about things! if my current groom was cutting down her hours and I maybe needed someone else? what kinda post would I put in or am I not allowed and if so how do I delete this???

Put up a new one telling us all about how unfortunate it is that your groom doesn't want to do the same hours and that you don't know what you are going to do without an extra helper.
