Posted this in the feeding bit but no response.
basically, do any barefooters feed power and performance.
The reason I ask was given a trial amount, want something with higher calories as my 3 year old drops weight easily . Obviously we are just hacking ATM, but although she was more alert than usual on it she was still well behaved just had a bit of oomph. Have read it has no molasses and she is currently on spillers conditioning fibre which has molasses but keeps her weight ok, and doesn't blow her mind, but she has to have 4 kg or 8 round Stubbs scoops a day, mixed with her fastfibre and speedi beet. She is a slow eater and I split the feeds into three or four a day. P and p suggested amounts are lower , which would make my and mums life easier as just one of us would be feeding her ( she's kept at mums ) but if mum starts work early she hasn't got time to feed her, and I don't want to pile her with high quantities of feed in one sitting .
so are bf people use it?
