Are any of yours starting up already? Usually it’s March time for mine but he’s giving me the impression it’s starting now. Plus I’m sniffing away and a bit headachey but not a cold. So I’m curious if anyone else is noticing it?

I didn't notice anything yesterday and she had a proper gallop down the bridle path too (wind and hail up bottom!!)

Mine is an early pollen sufferer and you've reminded me I wanted to try a mix from Trinity for her this year

Mine started last year when the cow parsley popped up. Rubbing her nose. There’s nothing out there to irritate surely ?

The only thing I can think of is spores on the grass, but it isn’t as bad as it has been some years for rust etc. Perhaps it isn’t allergies.

Mine has been a bit twitchy lately, although several on the yard have been clipped including him, which also tends to set it off.
The grass is growing so the sugars may be kicking in, and my boy will have the odd bad day anytime during winter as the wind can set him off. It will properly kick in when the first buds come out, so not long now. By February his head shaking will pretty much be back to normal levels
