It must be the time of year, but all through the winter my girl is fine, no issues at all, but come the spring/summer whilst she is turned out she gets covered in lumpy pimple like bumps, that when you itch them, or give her a stiff brushing come off, but never really go, the last couple of years shes had some, but this year, so far she is covered, all down her neck (not the side that is covered by her mane), her flanks, down her legs, between her legs, but not on her back. She has very sensitive (ginger, welsh cob) skin that gets sunburned very easily. They dont appear to be itchy, but i spend loads of time rubbing (& picking) them off. Anybody else got this problem? And how do you tackle it? I have been thinking about trying antihistamines?
