Having just read BB's post about Little Mattingley starting to have a panick!!

Who thinks Little Mattingley will run Fri Sat and Sun next weekend?

I really hope so

I can see them running friday unless we have awful weather this week or that they havent been able to prepare the fences etc.
But if it continues they will cancel the sunday mainly due to the lorry parking.
I remember last year they ran the friday and saturday but canceled the final day because of this very reason.

Im optimistic tho, its due to be hot and sunny come tuesday, lets hope the rest of the week in hampshire will be lovely.

Yes looking at the weather report for Mattingley it says sunny from Tuesday afternoon onwards and sunny/cloudy the actual weekend.

Fingers crossed, Cruz really wants to go to a party!!

Also what about Wilton?! Will check the weather report but I desperately need that to run too!!!

Is a horse youve got your eye on running at Wilton HJ?
Im sure youll get to run next week. Its way too early to start worrying tbh.

I know but it makes you worry early when the everything this weekend is drowning!!

Well, if the weather is ok between now and then we dry out pretty quick. Although it bucketed down from about 10.30pm last night and hasn't stopped yet, it wasn't too wet beforehand. The rain will probably all run of the ground, so if we get some decent sun/wind next week it should be ok - lots of fingers crossed though

I know that Wilton will not run if it is wet, the park was cut up bad last year and they dont want it damaged again.
We may be lucky if it stays dry beyond Wednesday next week
