I have my horse at a friends house which currently just has several acres of turnout.
However stables are going to be put in (YAAAAY!). They have a big recently built barn that's just being used as an over sized storage shed at the minute.
It is watertight and has a concrete floor and electric which is great.
Obviously everything would be done properly by someone who knows what they're doing but wondering what anyone else has done when converting a barn to stables and any major mishaps or things you'd do differently?
We are currently looking at the sort of ready made stables that you see in catalogues but they're expensive so want to look at a few other options too!
