alsatian pup wanted

Had to have my alsatian Max pts yesterday, due to cancer. He was a 10 yr old rescue from Birmngham. Really want another, as my bitch who is alsatian cross dobermann is missing the company. Took her to stables today and she wondered round hunting for him. I had Max for 9 yrs so would like a yougster to keep my other one company and take to stables. Would rescue one but do want a young one. Max was a yr old when we got him and he had issues! Living on the streets he had some habits so he had to be retrained. Where do you think would be the best place to look?? Warwickshire area

Try here www.germanshepherdrescue.co.uk, they do have youngsters as well as older dogs. I will try and have a think of breeders your area.

I knew I shouldn't have gone on their site - some of the cruelty they highlight just has me in tears and makes me so angry. Well done rescue centres.

Thankyou, have had a look. Really like the look of loads. My other half is not ready yet, he has been printing pictures of Max off comp tonite and I came home to him in tears

I am ready but I think its because I knew it wouldn't be a happy outcome from the start.
