Alternative theraphy for Sinusitis?

I have been having some sinus problems with my mare, she has had a minor operation and has coming back fighting and ready to get back into work.
I was wondering if anyone had any alternative treatments for sinus problems - I have already been using hot towels and vix vapor rub - any herbs etc that might help would be great!

Nettles are rich in antioxidants, so good for recovery from illness and also the respiratory system.

Herbs like buckwheat and hawthorn are good for circulation, which would help too.

Marshmallow leaves would help clear mucus

I have brought a tub of airway plus, however she isn't that keen of it in her feed might take awhile to introduce it! Thanks for the suggestion!

Have sucessfully helped horses with very bad sinusitis. Neem leaf - get it from Cotswold herbs about £5 a Kg. Feed two heaped tablespoons every day until the breath is clear.

Worked a treat for the two horses - but like all herbal things it is specific to the horse.

Recommend you give it a go.
