Alton horse show 2012

Does anybody know whether the horse show side of Alton agricutural show is going ahead this year? Riding diary have it listed with the web address for the show, but there is no info about the actual horse show ( only heavy horses and private driving)

Isn't it normally run separately to the main agri show? Different organisers I mean, though same day. I remember when Alton Show was a big proper horse show ... Not very helpful to you though OP

I dont think it is. I saw a schedule the other day and nothing in there.

Thank you for the replies. I have been in the past, and it is normally mentioned on the main web page. I just found it odd that Riding Diary have it listed yet no sign of a schedule anywhere :-(

I seem to recall they announced that it was off this year, due to personal circumstances of the organiser. Hopefully back next year I think.
