Our mare likes to do stretches would this worry you. She had an injury a little while ago and stopped doing them. She has had 4 physio treatments and is now back to trot work. She has started doing these stretches again but I've never had a horse do them so often. Usually when she is tacked up or rug changed.

just a thought but it may be a bit of a bellyache
My mare is prone to colic so have to manage her pretty carefully, but previously she was always a bit stretchy - almost dog-like - its sort of an early warning sign for her - and stressful time for me :-) but 95% of the time it just passes and comes to nothing

if its persisting possibly try something in her feed to help ; e.g. Yea-Sacc, natural yoghurt etc

What kind of stretches?

Have one who has problems with ovaries and body stretches when in season - not ridden. Warming up by slightly over rugging helps her.

Have others who are simply tired and neck stretch, normally after a while not working while riding.

Most will do a cat stretch when waking up - not ridden (or one who boots the gate, gets told off and turns it into a stretch )
