...why my saddles arnt selling? ( i have advertised on H&H so does that make this ok ? :P )
Its a Bates momentum which my saddler valued at £800 and a Wintec VSD at £150 they are both in excellent (look almost new!) condition so im assuming its the price that is putting people off? Or are saddles in general not selling at the moment? :( I need the money to fund another one! there is only so much bareback schooling we can do :/
Also am i right in thinking i cant hack out on the roads without a saddle :P ?
Thank you, hope this is ok if not i will delete asap

You could list it on Ebay with a reserve? Or would your saddler take it as a part x towards another one?

People like to think they are getting a bargain and although you don't want to give it away, perhaps invite offers?

I think the Wintec will deffo sell in Ebay and you will get around the £100 to £150 for it.

sorry not going to be much help to you! but i hope saddles are selling i have got 1 that i need to sell ASAP too.

Not sure about being on the roads bareback i thought as long as they had a bridle on you are ok but I might have that wrong.

ebay charge an insertion fee depending on your Starting or Reserve Price

£0.01 – £0.99 No fee*
£1.00 - £4.99 £0.15
£5.00 - £14.99 £0.25
£15.00 - £29.99 £0.50
£30.00 - £99.99 £1.00
£100 or more £1.30

then a Final Value fee depending on what you sell it for

Item not sold - No Fee

£0.01 and above 10.0% of the amount of the winning bid, up to a maximum Final Value Fee of £40.00

so if you list something with a starting price of £100 or more and sell it for more than £400 then the most you will be charged is £1.30 plus £40 (plus any minor listing fees for extra photos etc)

Paypal doesn't charge you for moving money from your paypal account to your bank account
