Am I breaching T's & C's by asking about a non-registered ''charity''?

Just wondering if I'm allowed to ask anyones opinions on a specific charity... I'm not sure if this would breach the T's & C's of 'dealer discussions' or 'french rescue'... just came up in a convo with my friend today and wanted all of your opinions... Can I name the organisation???
