Am I crazy?

So some of you know the situation with my mare. She has been poorly on and off for nearly six months and at the moment it is unclear if she will ever be up to ridden work again and defo not any time soon. I also have a youngster who turns 1 tomorrow.

Last night I placed a wanted add up on the breed forum looking for a loan horse so that I have something to ride. Now suddenly feeling very guilty about it and questioning my sanity.

If you can afford it, go for it! Don't feel guilty!

If you can afford it, why not? At one you can't overload it, and your other needs time, so if you have the time and the money to get a ridden one, go for it
