Am i just paranoid or not?

Okay, i dont know if its just me being paranboid or what but i seem to have got it into my head that my pony seems to be moving differently when im riding and tosses his head a fair bit. does anyone know the symptons of any back problems or any problems at all?
i just want to make sure theres nothing wrong with my little pony

First thing to do is get his back, saddle and teeth checked.

You said you've got it into your head your pony is doing this so you need someone one the ground to tell you if it's actually happening or if you are imagining it.

If he is then you need to get the checks done
