am i missing it? can u read this ebay add please!

it clearly states pair.. several times... one of the previous purchasers only comments on one.. but.. it does say pair which to me means 2...
if i buy a pair of socks i would hope i get one for each foot :p
 
Before you contact them, are you sure one isn't tucked up inside the other? :o Not saying you are a dope but it's the sort of thing I would do!! :D
 
not impressed :-( the delivery was very quick but i only got one :( what is one over reach going to do when he has navicular in both front feet! will email them and see what they say

haha yes i did check as that is the sort of thing i would miss :D iv checked my reciept and it say a pair aswell so i have emailed them about it.
 
Make a stink, money stealing beeps! Give them a VERY bad feedback, and get hold of ebay, they will help you, and if you paid through paypal you will have a good chance of getting your money back. Also contact the seller.
Don't stop complaing until you have the other boot or you money back!!
 
my god Dominobrown, you are extremely agressive. Thats why many people hate using ebay. I have bought from equimagnets several times and have always found them brilliant and great service. Just email them and they will sort it out, hardly needs a post on this forum to work that out surely. They have made a mistake, but that can be rectified easily if you give them a chance. And I suggest Dominobrown you remove your post as it is defamatory and no I have absolutely nothing to do with that company but I loathe and detest agressive bullying behaviour
 
oh they have been fab i dont doubt that! the reason i ask for you to look at it is i have looked at a hock wrap of theirs that i thought was a pair and turned out it was only one wrap which was written at the bottom of the add, something along the lines of you are bidding on one single magnetic wrap and not a pair so thought i was missing something on the add. they have been very good at communicating and posted it monday and it arrived this morning, i have emailed them and will wait to hear back, its either a mistake on their part or mis advertising in which case il get a refund as i want a pair not on single over reach boot.

Or you could just speak to them personally by e mail/ phone (politely) to let them know there has been a mistake, you know, resolve it like an adult!
 
I bought my magnet therapy hock boots off this lady, shes really nice and it was probably a genuine mistake id just ask her, but it definitely says a pair!

Ive bought off them before and had no problems at all. Im sure its just a mistake.
 
i have just emailed saying i bought them thinking it was a pair but have only recieved one and if she could just confirm what i bid on. hopefully il hear back from them soon, communication has been excelent so far so i cant imagine il have to wait long. this is what you get for being excited about recieving your first magnetic products for the horse haha!
 
Hi, I agree its def a pair advertised on ebay but had a look on the website and is 40 pound a pair so looks like you got a bargain!

On a slightly different note I'd be interested to know if they are any good my mare has been diagnosed with arthritis in the coffin bone and low grade laminitus so maybe they'd be good for her as well...

OP, it states quite clearly that it was a pair you were bidding on, so you dont need conformation of what you bid on, just the second boot popped in the post!
Just sounds like an honest mistake to me.
 
have recieved the second boot today. i didnt recieve and email back but asume it was just a mistake as the reciept that came with it just had 1Xbell boot hand written on it. was very quickly resolved. looking forward to using them now andd hope they do some good!
