Hi

Am i right in thinking that Lucerne is the same as Alfalfa? Also has anyone got a horse that is allergic to Alfalfa/Lucerne??

Also has anybody had an allergic reaction in their horse due to feeding simple systems?

Yep you are correct, Alfalfa and Lucerne is the same thing

As for an actual allergy to it - It is high in protein and this *could* cause an allergy type reaction I suppose
