I am 16 yrs old and have an 13.2hh pony i am 5ft3 and a slight build would you say im to big ??

I'm 16 and 5ft4. I still ride my two 13hh welshies. I don't think you are too big, pics would help though

It depends on the build of your pony and what you do (jumping etc?) and your balance.

No - I rode my 13.2 until I was 21 and I'm 5ft 8 and was about 8 1/2 - 9stone at the time.
