Not with them but would be if they provided the same cover I get more cheaply - they weren't far off, tho. They have a very good reputation.
 
Been with them 5 years, no problems quite nice personal service I get, if I need change anything I just call them and they are so helpful. Never had to claim, but they did help me reduce premiums last year by upping excess, did not know I could do that, it saved me few hundred for two horses and a carriage.
 
I've been with Amtrust for years. They are brilliant. Whenever I've claimed they have agreed the claim immediately, paid out as soon as they receive the vet's invoice (same day and directly into the vet practice's bank account). They are easy to deal with on the phone. I had a few issues last year with some quibbles over exclusions due to somethings my vet picked up during vetting of new horse, but they were easily lifted with a vet letter a few months later (they just wanted to see they had resolved). I think they charge a fair price - not the cheapest but then I know they always pay out so it's worth the money.
