Amateur photography in Lincs/Notts

I'm an amateur photographer - used to focus (pardon pun!) on horse racing, but now really struggling to get close enough to the action to take anything of consequence. I do a fair bit of eventing now, but wondered if anyone could suggest any events - whatever the level - for me to have a go at photographing?

Any info gratefully received!
 
there are plenty of local-ish ones coming up, why not have a look on BE website and contact organisers to ask for permission. as a long-term competitor i can say that my photos of events long ago are some of my most treasured possessions, can never have enough good ones!
 
Many thanks - I've started taking Equestrian Life, so was great to see the eventing so close by - I've generally doing the bigger events (Belton, Chatsworth, Burghley). This year went to Lincolnshire and loved it.

I'm currently going through BE site (not used it previous, use the Burghley Direct site), again didn't realise how much there was available.
