amauter riding 2* horse advantages and dis advantages

iv been to see a lovely horse but has 55 points BE so can only jumps open classes im a amauter and he a perfect schoolmaster but will i be able to do some unafil show or will i be rastricted is it only BE it will effect me in.
Dont know what to do

The points will not make any difference for showing, although there may be restrictions if you want to do WH classes, at county level you would not be able to do novice workers, he is still just eligible for open though, less than 60 points.

Just read again and you possibly mean shows in general, SJ is often totally unrestricted so no problems there, many unaff events are also open to all.
