Evening all.
Well what a day and what an amazing Holly.
It may not seem much to everyone else but it is such a big leap forward for me.
We had a play date with a friend of mine today. I took Holly over so we could go for a long walk up the woods. I was very nervous and didn't think I would be able to let her off the lead as we had not done much recall training.
My friends dog was off the lead so I thought I might as well try her.
Well how amazed was I!! If I asked her to wait she would sit and wait for me every time. She would not approach another dog unless I said it was ok. She met horses for the first time and just sniffed and gave it a little lick on the nose. She didn't fancy the look of the river though!
We went back to my friends house after for some lunch and she was very well behaved as well.
It feels like we are really improving and it now feels like we have a real bond.
