Amazing insurance service

After Lily's surgery I submitted my insurance claim last Friday. Sent by recorded delivery as I have had problems with previous insurance companies. Well today a cheque arrived for the full amount I claimed for, no quibbles, no needing further information. No that is what I call service, the company is called "lifetime pet cover" and they provide very similar cover to pet plan.
To say I am over the moon is an under statement. Previously when claiming from tesco it often took 6 weeks and numerous phone calls to receive payment.
By the way Lily is still bouncing around like a 3 year old 😀😀😀😀😀

Fantastic news both about the quick response and Lily! So nice to hear a positive report about an insurance company! I have dealt with NFU and they were brilliant!
