Hello!!!

I had a last minute lesson last night owing to the fact that on learning and practising our dressage at hte w/end, found that my Bonnie is bucking rather alot against my leg...

So - lesson went really well, learnt loads about my horse

and improved my riding yet again.... i felt rather like one of those dressage riders

but the horse was really working uphill and over tracking and accepting me so much more. amazing what a bit of help from the ground can do...

And the best thing was she said the mare is more talented than some of the other eventers she trains and they all think they are really good - so there is hope for us yet!!!

I know - 2 lessons in the dry - bet it will pour on Saturday...

I've learnt so much in just the last 2 weeks and Bonnie is just getting better and better. Like all the good ones she is full of quirks, and is the absolute opposite of Ludo so I'm learning to ride her alot better too.

Fingers crossed for a good day on Sat - and not too many comments 'well sat'!

What plans for you this w/end hun?

Snoop will be ridden today.

Sounds like your having some great lessons. I love when you get 'that feeling', when you and your horse are working so well together, doesn't always last long enough for me though and i loose the shoiulders or the quarters or smoething!
