What sad news

- Task Force was such a talented horse. Looked awesome going round Badminton last year but I hated the way she rode - even Pippa commentating at the time mentioned on her 'hooky' riding. I just wanted to drag her off and put someone else on.
Anyone know 'exactly' what happened. Sounds a very serious injury to have been gained warming up

I do think it is a bit harsh to mention her riding style - maybe she had her reasons. Don't forget Princess Anne was simply exercising her horse Doublet when he shattered a hind cannon. Nobody blamed her. Not supporting - just not condemning until the facts are out.

From one of the posts it appears that his stifle locked and caused him to hit his back leg on the warm up fence.

I didn't suggest her riding style caused the accident, merely I didn't like it.
