Have contacted my MP Nick Ainger......He is excellent in helping any campaigns which have been put to him in the past and is always keen to help with Animal Welfare along with his wife Sally.

They are going to look into what can be done so will keep you posted...

It was also suggested to contact The Lord Rooker MP who is the Minister at DEFRA responsable for Animal Welfare and ask him to look into the case so here is the address to write to......

I was just wondering, if the horses go for sale at the public auction, who gets the money generate from the sale? Anyone know?

I onoly ask as suggestion was made last night that if it goes back to the RSPCA, could they not come up with some arrangement that a token (1p) or something for each horse be the price. I know there are propably loads of legal issues there but I was just wondering. Also doesn't deal with the horrific possibility of those other ponies and donkeys being sent back to the grays.

The horses are the property of JG and are being sold 'on his behalf'. As I see it, that means any money they raise is his.

They have to go onto the open market.
