Spokeswomen said not happy that they have to be returned as did the RSPCA. The Greys(owners) said they should be returned as they are family pets.

This is outrageous, pets or not animals should always have a good standard of life. The whole point of them being removed was because the animals were in a terrible state.

I was led to believe the RSPCA could remove an animal from an owner 'Pet or otherwise' if they were being mistreated.

What the bloody hell is going on here, those animals will go back to a life of suffering

So much for Justice

It makes a COMPLETE MOCKERY of the movement which aims to prevent or end animal cruelty.

In my eyes, its as good as condoning the behaviour of the Grays.

It makes me feel physically sick.

If he has said, in court, that they are pets ..... and he is lying - isn't that perjury?

You would think so wouldn't you? How likely is it that a man who deals in horse flesh has 29 equines as pets?

It's sickening, I just don't get it, not mentioning anyones names, why this decision was made, lets hope tomorrow the decision will be in the favour of us and not the family!

Please read my thread titled:

Amersham horses - please call LBC radio (97.3FM) every morning! Please tell as many people about what I have suggested. Thanks!
