New horse needs a light and medium weight turnout, so going to get a 100g rug with a 100g liner. Question is, what brand? Both work out about the same price as if I bought PE I would only buy rug, neck and 100g liner, not the whole package. What is the better quality? PE will be a little long on him (tried my old horses Buster trio which is too big size wise, but gave me an idea of fit - came down to his knees!) but is that a bad thing?
