amigos?

hello all! asking for a friend of mine who is looking at new rugs for her pony, her old ones are getting rather manky! wondering how people have found the amigo range? do they last long? thanks! x

Amigo's are great rugs. As with all TO rugs, make sure you get a 1200 denier outer to ensure they're fully waterproof.

Both my boys have amigo's. They are a fantastic fit and have lasted longer than the cheaper alternatives. I love them!

i have found they fit finer types better my welshx finds them tight on her neck as they have a small neck cut higher up than usual

Brilliant rugs that aren't too expensive, are lightweight ( was suprised that my heavy version was so light!) and do the job well , had no problems with mine ...

I found the 600D don't last particularly long, having said that mine is still useable after about 3 patch ups in about 4/5 years old, BUT I also have the 1200d medium weight which is excellent, no patch ups needed (yet!!) fully waterproof, warm, fits, lasts and are amongst the cheapest on the market! What more can you want!

Just to throw a spanner in the works, the lady who cleans my rugs says she repairs some rug makes more than others and amigos are on her top 5 rugs to avoid!

Perhaps she means the 600D range? The 1200D have been great. Buy a size bigger though, especially if you have a chunky sort
