A Bright Clear Day, Equines Flossie Girl & Hector In Jump Klass Lesson. Many Neddies Over Poles, Quickly Realised Some Talented. Uprights, Verticals, Walls, X poles. Yeeha. ZZZZZZZZ

Took F and H PC SJ clinics today with John Adams.

Both were exceptionally good, despite repeated squealing in the lorry.

Have looked back at the Hector vids from a few weeks ago and we are pleased with the improvement in the partnership. He is being ridden more forward and is now more off the leg. B is working hard to release more toward his mouth rather than along his crest. She would also like some superglue for her lower leg as it seemed to have a mind of it's own. This was the first time she has jumped H since the EHOA at beginning Feb.

Floss was her usual speedy self. It's the first time she has jumped properly since she started stopping in Aug last year. She has had time off and looks well for it.

Floss looks very exhuberant!! Love the A to Z. Hector at B look fab together. What saddle have you ended up with? Lol at B's leg!!

Hector is in Flossies Wow atm, it's a bit wide for him so it's got a front riser pad under it. Seems to do the job temporarily though and he seems to go well in it.

I'm waiting for the saddler to arrive, I have a very nice Olney close contact jump saddle, it's wool flocked and has decent blocks. The gullet is changeable but only by a saddler. He has ordered what we think will be the right size and is waiting for it to come in. It has perviously been on a rather wide creature.

Are you still selling the extreem? What width/size is it and how much?
 
Ah ok, I was looking at the saddle thinking it looked like a wow, but not sure! Yes I am selling the Xtreem, it doesn't fit Lucky

It's a medium fit, brown, large 17" (measures more like 17.5") I want about 1k for it, just found out they are over 2.2k new now!!

Lovely videos- both well ridden- Bea has gelled with Hector so quickly!!

F seems more mobile through her back again, she has got her 'flick' back. It's not unusual for her tail to hit B on the head when she jumps. Compare her to Opp Buzz, the style is so similar. In the critique of him in H&H this week it was like looking at F, all the same conformation faults.

Very impressive A-Z, sorry I'm not going to reply in the same vein..

Have never seem F before, she goes v like our little TB, v pingy and making all the distances look v short. Glad H still settling in well.

Floss is 15.2 Trak x TB (Fleetwater Opposition) she has many of the family traits inc big ears, odd front feet and heaps and heaps of attitude! She is very able and talented when she can be bothered (and her hormones allow). She has had bad treatment from humans somewhere in her life and has never forgotten or forgiven, she is terrified of grooming brushes near her head. Will happily let you pull her mane right up to her ears though?

Hector just continues to please - it's what he's best at. He could easily be teachers pet, he tries so hard.
