Last month I sadly lost my mare, the time has come for me to find a horse.
My OH thinks I am being unrealistic in what I am looking for, so I thought I would ask on here.

Here is my wish list -
Age 4 - 8
Around 15.2hh
Schooled enough to do basic dressage
Will be able to jump (I'm not looking to do Olympia, just RC level)
Forward going
Calm (I lost my confidence so would need something that will build it up again)
Well mannered
TB/ISH type
Upto £3500

Does this horse exist or do I need to make some compromises?

Quality street for anyone who got this far!

I think that is realistic but if you are lacking confidence I would look in the age range 6-12 rather than a 4 year old, although many youngsters are sensible you would be more able to build your confidence on something more established.

I brought one that fits those specifics a few months ago within the budget, be picky take your time and i agree with others looking more towards the upper of your age specific and above.

I think that's very realistic! There were hundreds like that for sale when I was looking but nothing much over 16hh which is what I needed! I also agree with the age thing to though :) good luck hunting!

Thank you everyone, I think i'm definitely looking in the upper age range realistically I know 4 is too young, I have one in mind that is 6 and from the ad fits the description . Scots could you pm me the details? I'm in the Surrey area
