I am just filling in my insurance claim form (animal friends) and it asks, in the vets to fill in bit, if the claim is treatment of a urinary problem, then goes on to ask if there are crystals present and if so, what kind. Now this claim will be nothing to do with her urinary system but I just wondered what the significance of crystals are?
She has had crystals before as she has had a urinary infection before, but the vet said they were nothing to worry about and most likely formed in transit
