I have had a telling off from TFC, after accidently leaving the 'Smallest' watermark on one of my photos that I posted last week... All of my photos are normally cropped down because they are taken on HUGE pixel quality, but I accidently forgot on one of them and left my brothers watermark on it in error... Someone obviously found this small error in my judgement enough to cause them to trot off to TFC!

I have several stables that you could muck out for me... maybe this would fill your time more sufficiently for who ever felt the need to tell tails on me :)

I have put myself on the naughty step and promissed never to do this ever ever again *Evil Grins*

I had this too today! A post that has been up over 2 weeks, that I buy online, have permission to use, but they have their name on it still. I got a smacked bottom! :D

I'll budge over and you can come and sit on my naughty step with me :)

I have cookies and a brew as well... bliss!!

If you have bought an image and have permission to use I then ask the photographer for one without a watermark. Copyright theft is illegal and images are generally watermarked to prevent them being used without the necessary permission. For the record I am a photographer and I didnt report you!

My photographer is my brother... and luckily for me he doesn't charge me and gives me full permission to use them :)

His watermark is an automatic stamp when he produces his pictures... and its only a small one in the corner of the photo. I shall make sure I crop him out in future lol

I had it a couple of weeks ago. It was MY image with a very small watermark which i missed. It's very annoying. As a keen photographer myself, yes, image theft is a problem. But then, that's why we watermark them... i guess it's a no win situation. I tend to post links these days to be honest, it's the only way to still be able to watermark images and not have them removed.

I will say though, that often people post images which they have bought a COPY of, and think that they can then use the digital copy elsewhere. You cannot use a digital version of a photo all over the www, when all you have paid for is the print.

Well apart from the issue over the watermark you're still in breach of T&Cs with the size of your sig:D It's a whole 2 pixels larger than it should be.

Oh no, and again I bet they don't put their hands up :O

Have not seen your pic bit if it is too big then that is probably the reason.

I have posted a couple if water marked photos, but did say in my posts that the photographer had given permission ( which he had :) )

The watermark was a very very small one in the bottom right hand corner of the pic, one which you would have to look for as it was so small... it certainly wasn't across the photo in any way shape or form...

When I first came on here I got told off and there was a regular sqealor on here that use to tell people off!! Urgh so join the TFC Club...you are not alone!
