An update from Little Jess *piccy*

Hi everyone!!

Just a quick update following the post about me on Friday. Firstly a big thank you for all your kind comments, thoughts and good vibes - all much appreciated and seem to have worked!!

The tests for my liver function came back today - the good news is there doesn't appear to be any liver damage so they have ruled out ragwort poisoning and/or liver failure.They think I have an infection of some sort which has caused laminitis - so I am to stay on antibiotics for 2 weeks and treat as if lami - and they will re- run my bloods in 3 -4 weeks. Vet had worried about me all weekend and phoned at 8am this morning concerned they hadn't heard from us over the weekend - was delighted to hear that yesterday I was trotting around trying to double barrel my buddies!!

She really is a nice little pony

- she just wants cuddles and a fuss the whole time - no naughty pony tricks at all just a sweetie. The kidlets are so relieved - would be the first pony/pet they have lost (goldfish don't count the same way!

) as are we all. Jess will be getting even more fuss now......
