Don't jump an "on the forehand pony" and land in your light seat. :/
You end up on the floor...
Or, if you are me, you end up on the floor three times before your friends stop laughing for long enough to explain why you keep on landing there! Luckily Ellie is only 14hh and the ground was nice and soft (well, it felt softer each time I landed
maybe I was getting used to it!!). Thank goodness I was jumping UNDER 1/2 a foot
My friends are lovely really, they checked each time that I was ok before collapsing into fits of hysterics!
I have a muddy tummy, which amazes me considering I had a long top, a jumper and a coat on!
I have also discovered that the pony that is afraid of jumping is not... she leaps and bounds over the jump trying her very best to quadruple the height of the jump whilst also trying to force me into letting her travel at the speed of light, maybe it is the past riders that were scared!
