Not conformation but bulging temporalis muscles can show tension in the jaw or incorrect chewing pattern. People think I’m daft for saying that, but my horses went from bulging to flat after I sorted out a few other issues with him. So you can tell a bit from a forehead shot!

Lovely ears! But BBP has a good point, first thing my dentist does is check all facial muscles for tension and being uneven/over muscled - nearly always throws up an issue with a tooth

My bridle/bit fitter did the same. It can also indicate issues with the bit.
