Andrew Hoy and the spiked boots

Have heard on the grapevine he will get off with it - but nothing is guarenteed until it is official. Yet another FEI cockup if you ask me. Can not quite understand how you can abuse your horse( allegedly) and get away with it - but you are not allowed to fall off and get back on in case YOU hurt yourself >>>>> something is arse about face in that decision.
