Anyone know why Andrew Hoy retired when going so well XC? BBC didn't say and the round on Burghley TV stops after the dairy mound (?) Just curious as he was so well placed.

Said on catch-up yesterday that pulled up because Andrew didn't think horse "felt right". I think Ian Stark also said the horse had had a virus in the run-up so he wondered whether that was having an influence too. I agree up to that point they were making it look easy so he must have felt something that we couldn't see...
