8 withdrawals out of 96 still leaves a very impressive field. Mary Kings withdrawals are double entries so one had to go anyway.
There are a few more double entries to go but that should still leave a field of 80+, about normal.

Yes I spose so.
But alot of good horses wel crowd pleasers seen to have gone!! Like Moonfleet, Tamarillo, Carousel Quest (who I really wanted to see)
Oh well Fox Pitt still has two entered, Britania, and Toytown still entered too

Report on badminton website, both andrew's horses have been withdrawn due to injury. Moonfleet has suffered a partial paralysis of his larynx and Master monarch has midly injured his cervical cord but will recover. Basically both are well but not able to compete at such a high level xxxx

Just as a change of subject I knew Master Monarch as a very small scraggy looking baby who never grew much but jumped brilliantly, my friend sold him (for not a lot) and I bet she's kicking herself now!

I saw Master Monarch up close in the flesh a while back and bless him he is a fugly devil but what a horse!

I know!! I was surprised when he stayed at MR's, he's no oil painting...amazing what a nice bridle does
