I have finally taken the plunge into modern mobiles and my HTC Wildfire should be arriving on Monday :) However, I know next to nothing about what these phones can and can't do!

It has built in GPS, and what I would really love to be able to do, is to track the 10 mile hack around the forestry that I will be going on on Monday, as my hacking partner knows where all the fab paths are that I can never find! Then use the tracked hack to be able to find the paths next time I go down there.

Is this even possible??

Woof Wear have a great app which does exactly what you are after - it is called Track My Hack and is free to download - you can download it from their apps page on their website or through google playstore.
They also have one called iRide Live which offers live tracking (so you can be tracked by others and fidn friends out hacking) which costs £1.99 I think.

Everytrail is good, tracks your route well and even has bridleways marked on the map. Also has average speed, length of route etc.
