Andy Murray is through!!!!

This guy has had a charisma by-pass! Please, someone, give him a transplant of either, personality or charisma. I try so hard to be really supportive but then I watch him being interviewed and then....it all goes "blurrrrggghh"...for me anyway :-(

I hear you, I feel your frustration ... my brother in law sounds exACTly the same as Andy Murray... and he's actually a really good laugh.

I'm a Scot, have lived in Scotland, England & the USA... married to a Scottish Engineer ( a double minus on the communiation front much as he is my favourite human) and all I can say is:

inside every quiet/ dour appearing / non communicating /plain spoken Scottish man -

is a wee but ragin blue-face-painted-bare-arsed-kilt-swinging-tennis-balls-to-the-walls-Robert-The-Bruce who WILL NOT GIVE IN!

ps All my professional training is in Canada and the USA - I have to speak SO slowly to be understood I come out sounding like I'm on sedatives...

Must add I've worked with the most lovely, funny, witty and charming Scots....

Well, he played his socks off but just didn't make it. Federer is pretty much unbeatable when he's at his best.

Never mind Andy, perhaps next year?
